About Evercast – Our Story
Evercast Precision Industry Corp., originally founded as Dragon Diecasting Co. Ltd. in 1997, has evolved into a leading player in the industry since its establishment in 2008. As a member of the Total Industrial Group, Evercast specializes in the design and production of precision zinc and aluminum alloy high-pressure die cast (HPDC) tooling and parts. Our expertise also extends to automation, enabling us to streamline our own manufacturing processes.
In addition to our daily manufacturing of zinc HPDC products, we possess extensive experience in casting regular aluminum alloys as well as special high thermal conductivity aluminum alloys (>160 W/m.k) used in heat sinks for applications such as laptops, cellphones, LEDs, and optical transceivers.
Throughout our 25+ year journey, Evercast has relocated within Northern Taiwan and Dongguan, China, before finally establishing our dedicated facility in New Taipei City in 2008. During this time, we have undergone significant organizational and strategic transformations. Most importantly, we take pride in defying the negative stereotypes associated with diecasting factories by maintaining a fresh, clean, and meticulously organized site, adhering to the 5S principles. Our aim is to present a new paradigm of advanced diecasting operations to the world.

With the global deployment of 5G technology since 2019, the demand for high-speed interconnection, cloud computing, and cloud storage has skyrocketed. Optical transceivers with bandwidths ranging from 10G to 800G have become essential equipment.
