Non-Conflict Material Policy & Statement
Evercast is fully committed to upholding the regulations outlined in the US Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. This legislation aims to reduce the trade of conflict minerals originating from or near the Democratic Republic of the Congo, with a focus on materials such as Gold (Au), Tin (Sn), Tantalum (Ta), and Tungsten (W).
At Evercast, we take great care to ensure that our materials are sourced responsibly, with a strict policy of not using any Conflict Minerals. We have conducted a thorough examination of our supplier chain and can confidently confirm that our materials are not derived from Conflict Minerals Zones.
Additionally, we have implemented stringent measures to ensure that our suppliers also adhere to these guidelines. We have diligently verified that the materials provided by our suppliers do not originate from Conflict Minerals Zones. Furthermore, we have obtained formal declarations from our suppliers, affirming their commitment to refraining from the use of conflict minerals.
Statement
Evercast firmly declares that we do not use conflict minerals (Au, Ta, Sn, W from conflict zones) in any of our products. We have taken proactive steps to communicate our expectations to our suppliers and have received their endorsement through the completion of the EICC and GeSI template for Conflict Minerals.
